In-Game Rules

1 - Roleplay Rules

1.1 - FRP (Fail Roleplay)

Fail Roleplay is when a player does something inside of a roleplay that is not realistic or could not be replicated in real life.

1.2 - RDM (Random Deathmatch)

Random Deathmatch is when a player injurs or kills another player without a logical roleplay reason, or just completely randomly.

1.3 - VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)

Vehicle Deathmatch is similar to RDM, but it is when somebody damages or destroys somebody's vehicle for no roleplay reason.

1.4 - NLR (New Life Rule)

New Life Rule means that when a player dies, they have to forget everything they learned. Like who killed them. Saying "Oh, I went to the hospital and lived" is not allowed unless you actually did medic RP.

1.5 - Fear Roleplay

Fear Roleplay means that you must roleplay being in fear. If you have a gun pointed at your head, you do not pull out your own gun and shoot the person. In real life, the second you reach for your own gun everything goes dark.

1.6 - NITRP (No Intention To Roleplay)

If your intention in our server is to join, mess around and not engage in any MEANINGFUL roleplay, please leave. We do not want you here.

1.7 - SIC (Stay In Character)

During your play on the server, please try to stay in character when roleplaying. You are welcome to drive around with a friend and chat about unrelated subjects, but during roleplay with others please keep yourself In-Character.

1.8 - Abusing Bugs or Exploits

Abusing bugs inside of ER:LC, or using exploits like a script injector is not allowed.

1.9 - Respect Everybody

Please respect everybody in the server. We all just want to have a fun time and we do not want shitheads (pardon my french) ruining the fun. You know who you are.

1.10 - Follow Staff Instructions

Staff have the final say. If a member of staff tells you to do something, please listen to them.

1.11 - Follow Roblox ToS

You MUST always follow Roblox's Terms of Service: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004647846-Roblox-Terms-of-Use

1.12 - No Metagaming

Metagaming is using knowledge aquired outside of roleplay for your own advantage. Such as seeing a screenshot of a person you're in a rivalry with on discord, and going to where the screenshot was taken to find them.

1.13 - No Powergaming

Powergaming is forcing actions onto people without allowing them to realistically respond or defend themselves.

1.14 - Realistic Avatars

You must use a realistic avatar in our server. Things like unrealistic body types, small or large avatars and very unrealistic accessories are not allowed. (Fursuits are not allowed, but tails, cat ears and other accessories like that are allowed as long as the avatar is still human)

1.15 - Cop Baiting

Cop Baiting is when you intentionally commit crimes in front of police with the intention of being pulled over or chased.

1.16 - Cuff Rushing & Tow Rushing

When you cuff somebody you must say "*cuffs*" or "-cuffs-" in chat before cuffing them. If you don't, it is Cuff Rushing. When on DOT, you CANNOT randomly tow vehicles. Vehicles can only be towed if the person requests them to be towed, if they are part of a DOT call like a player being arrested, or if the vehicle is abandoned in the road.

2 - Vehicle Rules

2.1 - GTA Driving

GTA Driving, or reckless driving, is driving unrealistically for no reason. Such as driving a super car up a mountain, or driving 150 around the city hitting every single curb.

2.2 - Vehicle Colors

Vehicle colors must be realistic. Using a bright pink civic is not realistic. I'm looking at you twinky.

2.3 - Do not use the mod shop to evade

Using the mod shop to evade police, staff or civs is not allowed. Only use the mod shop if you are completely seperate from all roleplays.

2.4 - Park Vehicles Properly / Do Not Abandon

Please do not leave vehicles abandoned in the middle of the road unless there is a roleplay reason, like ditching a car when the police don't have sight of you.

2.5 - Exotic Vehicles

Exotic Vehicles are only allowed to be used by Server Boosters, Members with VIP/VIP+ or Members with EVE (Exotic Vehicle Exemption)

3 - LEO Rules

3.1 - Use of Force

Use of Force is important. You should only use lethal force if a suspect is a risk to your life or other people's life. A suspect driving away in a car, or running towards you unarmed is NOT grounds to use lethal force. Use non-lethal like a taser, baton, pepperball gun or pepper spray. Lethal force should be a last resort.

3.2 - Abuse of Power

When playing on LEO, you must not abuse power. You must treat people with respect, and as people level with you. You are not higher than the law because you have a badge. You are subject to laws too.

3.3 - Professionalism

While playing as LEO you MUST be professional. If you are caught being unprofessional you will be removed from LEO.

3.4 - Listen to the radio

The radio is there to be used, so use it. Call out what you are doing. If an officer says "No 32s" on the radio, do not support them on their stop. Do not drive up to a traffic stop and insert yourself into the scene.

3.5 - Uniforms and Liveries

You must use the correct Uniform and Livery on your character and vehicle. If a uniform or vehicle has "WL" next to it, it means the item is Whitelisted, and you cannot use it.
